Pearson offer a replacement disc service for software which has been damaged, defective or lost. To receive assistance for this service, you must be in possession of the product. Additionally, you must be able to provide proof of purchase when you request the replacement.
There will be a replacement cost which includes shipping and handling fees, please contact the Digital Support Team who can inform you of any fees. The fee will be waivered if the disc is damaged or defective upon arrival of delivery.
If a product has become out of print, the replacement disc service may no longer be available.
