HEINEMANN AND NURSERY WORLD CHILDCARE STUDENT OF THE YEAR 2010 - ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL YEAR!

2010 marks the tenth Heinemann and Nursery World Childcare Student of the Year Award recognising excellence in the care and education of children and rewarding high achieving students.  This year’s four finalists were carefully selected and invited to a judging and presentation day on 1 July here at Heinemann. The students were each given a case study and fed back to the judge to demonstrate how they work with children and their parents.
 
It was a close call this year with the judges taking extra time to choose their winner. However their were smiles all round as Marion Dowling, Vice President of The British Association for Early Childhood Education presented the prizes and the finalists took the opportunity to talk with popular Heinemann author and childcare expert Penny Tassoni.
