Dear Educators,
I greet you at the commencement of another year. I wish to thank you on behalf of Pearson for your support in 2011 and look forward to continuing to serve you in 2012. I am proud to be the representative for St.Vincent and the Grenadines, Curacao and Aruba at a time when the world is experiencing a revolution in the delivery of educational content. At Pearson we are cognizant of this change and the pivotal role it will play in national development. Consequently, we believe that individuals should be “always learning”. We believe in learning, all kinds of learning, delivered to meet the changing needs of learners.
For this reason, we have fashioned our resources to respond to these needs. Our digital solutions complement the thrust to incorporate ICT in classrooms across the region. ActiveTeach and ActiveBook| resources accompany the traditional texts in our science and information technology series. Companion websites are linked to The Students' Companion, the New Junior English Revised and CAPE resources. This trend will continue for other titles going forward.
