Literacy Evolve is a literacy programme designed for use across the whole school, at KS1 and KS2 (First & Second Level). Literacy Evolve includes picture books, real novels, short stories, poetry collections, short films, an interactive teaching resource and an online planning tool.

The flexible I-Planner helps you to make the support your own
This adaptable online planning and assessment tool allows you to teach your way and according to the needs of your class. You can tailor ready-made, curriculum-linked lesson plans to suit your needs.
It includes tools for assessing pupils' progress, teaching assistant notes and lots of extra resources, including editable PCMs, topic links, word & sentence level boosters and further reading lists.

Literacy Evolve has fantastic teaching support to help you teach in a creative and exciting way. The notes are packed with ideas to spark children's creativity and develop their literacy skills. Each guide contains lots of ideas for visual literacy, open-ended questioning and full matching to Assessment Foci to help with APP and AiFL.

Interactive teaching resources to enhance your lessons
Literacy Evolve includes an interactive Teaching Resource (ITR) CD for each year group, which contains a whole host of additional materials for your literacy lessons. You'll find all the films for that year group, electronic versions of the KS1 picture books (for use on your whiteboard), videos of author interviews, poetry performances and readings. There is also lots of additional stimuli including short stories, artwork, photos and interactive teaching pages to help you structure and support your lessons.
