I found this to be an inspiring and useful book, for both students and teachers of physics at GCSE level. The illustrations are current, the physics theories and applications are clearly and correctly explained and there are many interesting examples and contexts. This would be a useful book to have on the shelf even if you were not teaching the Gateway course, for current anecdotes and interesting extension examples.
