We will be completing our move to a new distribution warehouse this month and will be transitioning our Schools products to the new facility from 27th March to 15th April 2018.
What will the impact on you be?
To ensure you receive Pearson products to the same delivery timescales you are currently experiencing, please ensure that you make any orders prior to Friday 23th March. Any orders placed after this point will still be received but will not be dispatched until after 16th April.
We have aligned this transition with the school holiday period to minimise the impact on our customers.
Will there be a change to how I return items?
The returns policy and process will remain the same as it is today although there will be a new address for returns.
